Additionally, we aim to assist you in developing skills that boost your confidence and empower you.
Our support includes a range of services, from personal hygiene and grooming to meal preparation and other everyday tasks.

● Assistance with Accommodation & Tenancy**
Securing and managing a place to live can be an exciting new chapter, but it can also come with challenges and learning experiences. We’re here to support you not only in finding accommodation but also in maintaining your tenancy.
This includes helping with everything from arranging property inspections and completing rental applications to ensuring that you meet your rental obligations and pay bills punctually.
Respite support offers a break for both individuals with disabilities and their caregivers from their regular routine. It provides alternative care when the usual caregiver is unavailable.
Respite care can be arranged for a few hours during the day, overnight, or for extended periods, such as a few weeks, based on the preferences of the NDIS participant and their plan.
You can choose in-home respite care from our qualified staff or opt for a stay at a facility like a hotel, depending on your budget.
Reconnect Living Services Australia covers all essential expenses related to these services, including short-term accommodation, meal preparation assistance, self-care support, overnight care, and other agreed-upon activities.

Our aim is to help you stay independent and in control of your life by providing essential transportation support. We understand that having reliable access to transportation is key to maintaining your autonomy.
